The offered villa is situated in a residence direclty at the beach of the Mediterranean Sea in Konakli, 8 km from Alanya. The residence consists of 50 villas, always 5 together in one block lateral displaced, which garantees much privacy. The villa is located directly at the seaside and has free seaview from all rooms, which you won't find often nowadays in this area. It's just a few steps to the private beach. All  the windows of the house have double glass, electric window shutters and designer curtains. Floors and stairs are made of white marble, only the upper floor is made of granite tiles.

On the ground floor you will find a small entrance-hall with cupboard for shoes and garden tools, which has a beautiful wrought-iron door. The entrance door is made of steel with eight bolts. The small hall is furnished with a Versace-wardrobe and two chandeliers from Italy. Near the hall a guest-toilet is situated. The big livingroom is completely supplied with Versace-furniture consisting of a large sideboard, two chests of drawers, one big mirror and a set of upholstered furniture. The round couch table is made of genuine onyx: the big dining table is made of white marble and surrounded by six Italian chairs. In the middle of the livingroom a big chandelier is hanging, over the dining table a smaller one. At the wall there are two lamps. The kitchen on the ground floor gives way to the livingroom, the exquisite furniture is handmade, the walls and covers are made of marble, and the tap is hard gilded. The kitchen equipment consists of a ceran cooking field by Siemens, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Lighting is given by two chandeliers. Also at the ground floor you will find a small room which can be used as a guestroom, it is furnished with a double bed couch and a cupboard. From the livingroom you reach the big terrace made of white marble. An electric blind gives you shadow if desired. From here there is a wonderful view to the sea.

On the first floor there is a small hall with a cupboard for shoes: from here you can go to the bedroom and the bathroom on the one side and to the livingroom on the other side. The bedroom is furnished  with a double-bed, two large cupboards, three chests of drawers, all handmade and two bedside tables. The light is coming from an Italian chandelier. Next to the bedroom you will find the bathroom with two wash-basins, bidet and a large shower. All taps, accessories and lamps are gilded. The livingroom is furnished with elegant handmade wall cupboards, an Italian upholstered set, an antique couch table, a bureau plat and two brass chandeliers. From this room you can enter a terrace with fine elaborated wrought-iron railing and white aluminium furniture. From here you have yet again a wonderful view to the sea, especially in the evening time when the sun goes down.

On the upper floor there is a small hall with three cupboards, the upper kitchen, a small bathroom and the big terrace. The furniture of the kitchen is handmade, all-around covered with granite, and all technical equipments are built-in. There are two large refrigerators, a Siemens washing machine, a Siemens drying machine, a Siemens dishwasher, an oven, a steam oven and a gas oven. In front of the kitchen there is a small dining room from which there is also a nice view over the sea, and from here you can reach the big terrace.

This villa will be sold fully furnished so that the new owner can move right in.
